The main aim of sustainability is the harmonization of economic development with environmental protection. Our companies put emphasis on increasing the quality of our production, while at the same time keeping in mind the ecological aspect of sustainable development.

In individual plants of Envien Group we have implemented systems that ensure the production of sustainable biofuels according to the European Renewable Energy Directive (Regulation EP and R 2009/28/EC).

The high level of performance of criteria relating to lowering the emissions of greenhouse gases was substantiated in 2010 by the implementation of German national system for International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC).

Coinciding with the gradual deployment of sustainable biofuels on the European level, the Envien Group products keep a high standard within this field by being certified in the system managed by the European Commission.

In commercial transactions between the EU member states in the CEE region it’s also possible to utilize the individual national sustainability schemes, on top of the EU-wide schemes.
